I think the library is very good, easily accessible but it is also very dirty, many times the desks are dirty and sticky - even on a morning. And the computer screens are often filthy too. When I asked for a wipre at reception to clean my screen there were non available and no alternative solution to my dirty screen was offered.

We Replied

Thank you very much for bringing this matter to our attention. We are extremely sorry that the desks and PCs are not always as clean as they should be. We have ordered a supply of desk and screen wipes and will ensure that these are made available at the Helpdesk for future use.

We have also alerted our colleague in Facilities to this situation, and she may contact you separately to discuss the matter.
