I know nothing will be done about this, but it's way too cold in this library
there is little control over noise levels, feels like I'm in a social club before 17:00

We take all comments we receive very seriously and will try our utmost to resolve any issues, and feed this back to you.

In order to deal with this issue further could you let me know where you were sitting in the Library. The reason I ask is that we can inform facilities/engineer where the problem is, which will ultimately save time and help rectify the problem quicker.

In the meantime it may be worth moving to a warmer area of the library.

As you are aware we do have designated areas of the library where people can meet friends, work in groups or in silence, however if some users are disrupting others please inform a member of library staff and we will speak to these users. We also have staff on roving support during the day throuoghout the library and they will speak to users who are causing a disruption. If groups or individuals continue to cause problems we will ask them to leave the library.

If this was to happen during 24x7 please inform the caretaker on duty in the library foyer and he will speak to those causing a disruption.
